I kind of cheated because as far as I know a lot of the authors I like are still writing books. So I picked ones that either ended a series, or just haven’t written more like the books I’ve read and loved by them.

1. Aprilynne Pike – I absolutely LOVE her Wings series and I’m so sad it’s ending. But I really want to see what else she comes up with because I just love her writing!
2. Sarah Mlynowski – I read her Magic in Manhattan series a few years ago and loved them. I really want her to continue the series. It ended on a cliff hanger!
3. Heather Hepler – I read two of her books (Scrambled Eggs at Midnight & The Cupcake Queen) and I totally loved them. I hope she continues writing more like them!
4. Liz Kessler – I read a book from both her series and they’re so cute. I plan to read both of the series completely though. I would love to see other series!
5. Jody Gehrman – Babe in Boyland was so good and I want more! I hope she continues more books that are just as cute and fun!
6. R.L. Stine – He is just classic. I love the Goosebump and Fear Street books. I would love to read more of them!
7. Rachel Hawthorne – I love every single massmarket paperback contemporary books she has and I want more!
8. Lemony Snicket – A Series of Unfortunate Events is one of my all time favorite series and I wish he wrote another great series like this!
9. Rachel Cohn – I randomly came across her Cyd Charisse series in a book store and fell in love. I really want another series like this!
10. Kate Brian – I’ve read I believe every stand alone books she has written. I plan to check out her two series, but I would love more more of her stand alone books!
